• The temperature usually doesn’t go below freezing but it can get quite cold in Korea during the winter months (December – March), so be sure to bring appropriate clothing for this season

• Korea usually doesn’t see a lot of snow, but certain pockets in the country (i.e. the Daegu region) tend to experience a little more than others

Spring in Korea

• The monsoon season usually starts in July and runs through to August. You can expect brief and frequent rain spurts during these months
• August is the hottest month of the year in Korea
• Be sure to explore the southern islands and coastal cities for an escape to the sea. Jeju Island is a popular, cheap and great escape for summer vacation
